Serious question here, if you don't believe in working for someone how can you justify employing someone? Aren't you then complicit in their not serving God but serving you? Are you not then trying to supplant God in that employee's life? My father in law he is not a practicing Jew but just the same he has these commandments instilled in him from his father I can tell, and he is always trying to support and help and is curious about our business in a kind a caring way in a way that I don't see in my Catholic father. Had to open my own business because Shabbath and Holy days makes working for a huge number of businesses impossible. I think Creator did this on purpose. Wouldn't have it any other way. I'm 18, and if I wanted, I could stop working tomorrow with what I have made since I was 11, without any money put in by my parents. Creator's ways work.

Serious question here, if you don't believe in working for someone how can you justify employing someone? Aren't you then complicit in their not serving God but serving you? Are you not then trying to supplant God in that employee's life? I feel this may be a trap as often business owners soon take advantage of employees (not Marxism here just typical short changing) and use their authority to be controlling and overbearing, often using fear and money as motivators. Thoughts?
