- Today we went for a walk around our new neighbourhood - Berkeley Hills. We never imagined this place would have so many hidden gems! From Spanish colonial style houses to English cottages, the architecture is simply stunning. Not to mention the beautiful trees and parks. Oh, and we even spotted deers!

I went to Berkeley 25 years ago and just recently stayed at the Claremont and fell in love with these homes. Thank you for the lovely video!
What a nice place!Looks like an Old England plus American stile and tropical wood
I think the tree with the pink flowers are a type of Magnolia tree
losvideosdeale1, you are correct. It is a magnolia. So many beautiful features in the hills. I grew up in Albany and these hills were our playground. Thanks for the stroll down memory lane.
Aloha from Hawaii,

We lived here for 20 years and never been to these places😊. Thanks for sharing.
Deer pretty much do what they want in North Berkeley. LOL
Us locals are much less excited about the deer, but share in your question about why they loiter in our backyards :)
ay i passed that house so much
Claremont Area is by far the best.
