Hi Daniel,First of all, thank you for your amazing videos! Your channel has been an incredible resource for me as I continue my journey in Android development. I wanted to ask your advice: I recently graduated with a degree in computer science, and I’m now exploring my first job opportunities in native Android development. I have the chance to join a company as an intern/junior developer, but they haven’t transitioned to Jetpack Compose yet and still use XML for building UIs. Do you think it’s a good idea to join a company like this? Would it still provide valuable learning and growth opportunities for me, or should I focus on finding a place that works with Compose and other modern tools? Thank you in advance for your time!
Hey, I am very happy to hear that 😊 Sure, that will be great for your career growth, because you will learn how to work in a team, receive feedback from others & make new connections. While you are there you can apply & look for other opportunities and you may find one that is requiring Compose. Who knows maybe in the future they will want to move to Compose 😃I hope that it helped, if you have more questions let me know!
@daniel.atitienei Thank you so much for your response! I really appreciate your advice and will make the most of this opportunity to grow and learn. I'll definitely keep an eye out for other opportunities while gaining experience. Thanks again for your guidance-it means a lot!
Cool⚡
Thanks! 😎
