Massively underrated band, everyone should listen to these guys. Kick ass.
Massively!!
That's a total banger, I'm gonna listen to their whole discography!
Madball has and always will have my respect. Screw the haters.
Can't believe how many are discouraging this work of art....max respect to Madball for doing this with Tim....there is still Hardcore and there is still punk rock...and we are the luckiest people in the world to have it both....
I remember TIm pumping Madball back in '98. I never got a chance to check em out till now. Great tune!
Like it or not, in a scene that is often damn-resitant to change and trying new shit.... its ballsy of Madball to do this. Love Madball, always have since "Set it Off" came out- I'll def check out this album.... if anything I owe 'em that for so many insanely-good releases.
I'll add that Freddy's style has HUGELY influenced me in the band I front too, so I appreciate everything they've done.
Im a big tim Armstrong fan this is awesome
I love it!!!!!
I love the HC Punk of the 80’s 90’s and this took me back to those days.
YES!
MADFALL..!!! Bring back the oldschool
This song is LIT AS F***!!!!
Tim Armstrong! Punk is hardcore. Hardcore is punk
Rancid are MTV punk
also matt henderson on guitar
@@reubenhaddon3960 Your mom is MTV punk
@@reubenhaddon3960 it is true but they aren't fake
MADBALL!...Keep doing what you do! 😎
PUNK/HARDCORE 1 FAMILIA!!!! MADLOVE FROM CEBUCITY, PHILIPPINES
All day love madball and Tim . East to west !!!!!!
Tim.. need I say more! Man, this is such a great time for hardcore. People getting the old and new message out there.
BIEEEEEEN!!!! SALUD Y ALEGRIA PARA MADBALL Y RANCID ME HACEN SENTIR JUVENTUD ETERNA!!!!
To people saying "this is too Rancid", it's not. It's a perfect mix of Rancid and Madball. Open up your minds. It's ok to expect some consistency from a band you love. It's not ok to expect them to redo and regurgitate the exact same song/album over and over.
at last someone who get it . but its easy for folks to sit at home and expekt a band who played 20 + years should redo every song over and over - and the same people seem to have no clue where hardcore once came from or what its about .
jesco white Exactly. It’s not like No Doubt, a ska/punk band turned bubblegum pop. It’s a collab between two established punk/hardcore artists.
agree 100 dude , tim was behind the wheels on this record and the whole record has a oi punk hardcore vibe to it . hardcore is about many things and one of em are punkrock music where it all started from . ofcourse we all want brutal madball songs but what i love about madball is that they hold the roots and try to bring forward all aspects of hardcore music and that includes punk and i think they do it great on this album , they had fun with this one
Haters gona hate, so fuck 'em, anyway great song! Rev Up!
Yes! Perfect mix! PMA!
Check out the history of this song!
Freddy and crew ..looking for a new studio to record in..hook up with Mr Armstrong..and his studio?? And obviously..Captain Armstrong..and the crew put out this beauty..!
Thanks Tim ..for supporting NYHC..
This song is fukin unreal 🤘🏽
This JAMS!!!
Hahahaha, haters just gotta hate. Intro by the legendary Steve Whale from The Business, and featuring Tim Armstrong. Some people just don't get how much NYHC and Oi! and punk are all the same. Punks and Skinheads, united as one!
R. A. Fucking Christ, it is Madball! Ever listen to their covers on the worldwide tribute to the real oi! ablum? I've been into this shit for 20 years. From NY, and I've had a long journey as far as hardcore and punk and oi! is concerned. In my opinion, this song is simply following a very hallowed tradition as far as hardcore bands playing their punk roots. We are all the same. Warzone, Murphy's Law, Agnostic Front, Cro Mags, Judge, Youth of Today, Gorilla Biscuits, Sick of It All, Kill Your Idols... everyone respected oi! and punk as much as anything. That's why most of them covered oi! songs. It's been the same for years and years. Hopefully that will never change
I loved it. The album has plenty of straight hardcore/metal stuff if that's what you want to hear. Take chances and progress. Best album in years. Kicks ass Wildcard plays on this!
oi!
I grew up on nyhc , but i love Oi and punk. That doesn’t change the fact that this song sucks. Sorry, I love madball. Thats why I’m here, but this song is tainted with mainstream rancid type stink.
100%.You fucking nailed it mate.
This one goes directly in our Playlist!
Yeah!!!! Very Nice! Punk Rock old school. Long life Oi!
OI!
Old Madball was bad ass and hard. This watered down Rancid sound.
Tim's beard is epic. And this song is pretty good too. Keep it real ya'll.
I must say I like it!
I love this band and song
WOW this Madball album is going to be great. 3 thumbs up!
Just amazing . rock this shit on your boards/bikes/whatever just live this shiT ! HCWW respect from Germany
Love that guitar lead! Good job, Matt!
I really like the new madball stuff
I bet you don't like the old one.
Grow up you fool
real people real music. what a great song four 2018
at the end, a man has his word. respect to da crew
Yall just need to grow up. Everything cant be about getting drunk and your boys. I love this shit I'm glad I'm able to mature with madball!
Tim Armstrong!
Wow wow..like it..different but one
Fark yeah go Tim
this album is a life saver to the hardcore scene ,also very likable in spirituality
historical, first ever guitar solo from Madball!!!
and Tim did it, didn't he? CMIIW
My favorite song on here is For You. Hard Rock meets/NYHC. Best shit in years guys! So nice to hear melodies.
If you hadn't told me this was MADBALL, I'd have almost guessed Dropkick Murphys, but not in a good way.
Something different and fresh. I love it.
Great punk vibes here!
Great collaboration, awesome song!
This is great! Givin me the chills!
I love it!
最高にイイ!!!
I saw this when it came out a couple years ago and I was like, “Did Madball get a new member- OH SHIT.”
Dude this is so goood!
Yeah!!!
Muita bom , da hora HC verdeiro com levada de punk rock
This song badass
Why so many bad comments? I love the heavy shit but its ok to have a melodic one once in a while. Metallica had Fade to Black in 1984. That didnt suck!
That's awesome
OLD SCHOOL!!!👏👑💣🎆
I really dig this!, I love reading the comments of all the die hard hardcore kids who get scared by a song that sounds a little different. I like the new album because each song actually has its own style. preferably better than hardcore lives and empire and those were still good albums.
Nice try but there is nothing about this boring song for anybody to be scared of.
@@lennyzefflin9876 your comment is my point exactly
for ever
Forever TOP IN HC!!!! This punk sound is really cool!
“NEVER TRUST A HARDCORE KID WHO HASN’T LISTEN TO PUNK ROCK”
- roger miret aka the godfather of hardcore
Agit Dwi uh you do know Roger, Vinnie and Freddy are all best friends ,right . AF helped Madball start out .
ehm he meant people who dont like this becuse its not hardcore enough for them should know that hardcore came from punkrock , and roger is freddys big brother so yeah i guess they are friends :) agit just meant that roger would never listen to a hardcore kid who cant appreciate punkrock music
Fact.
@@robertswickard3700 Helping to start Madball is what Roger should do for his younger brother.
Sounds like they're going back to the roots. I fucking love it!
GREAT SONG
It's a new classic. So many ppl have shit up their ears.
Ed Goodlife right? I think it's dope
its great and its 100% Madball. the same thing happened when agnostic front released riot riot upstart , the purists said that agnostic were sell outs. of course it was a great album. For the cause sounds like great album also
come to Cleveland Ohio we started a Mosh pit at an Eve 6 concert just imagine when mad balls shit hits the fan
just awesome \../
GREAT SHIT !!!!!
Misanthropic dissonant beauty!
Pinche rolón..;( recordé los viejos tiempos
Not what I was expecting but I love it.
big love ❤️ kids got united!
SICK!!!
TOP!!!!! Hardcore-Punk n OI - Same Roots.
I like it
FIRE
Good song ❤
These guys are still speaking truth. Fuckin awesome
Madball 2018,still relevant, still doing music, they are doing vids of the more “accessible” tracks but the new album is banging, fucking people always complaining
Rocknroll 💥🙅
All i can say is "Hardcore Lives" is a tough one to follow.
What do I know about music, but a song by Madball with Tim Armstrong, introduced by Steve Whale? Yeah, it has to be me, who definitely and for all times declares in a RUclips comment, whether this is Hardcore or not. I don't care what the purists call it, my favorite song on the album.
Hard Core para la vida
Sweden Fagersta 1996. Madball - wall of death. Later that night exhaustion put me to sleep halfway through the Rancid show. Still pissed about that. This makes me feel a little bit better. And remember, if you wanna kill shit, Madball got a whole bunch of old records that serves that purpose.
Madball 4 Life
Awesome 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
good song, lads
pena que virou pop nessa
First it was Lars with Old Firm Casuals ... Now any of you who were skinhead or are still skinhead, and really know and appreciate English and US Oi from the 80s (where it all started) will know what I mean..
Now Armstrong with Madball... DOES ANYONE SEE A PATTERN HERE....???
Madball's best for me was their first E.P or Ball of Destruction... That fucking blew me away in 1989, and I still love it.
You cannot call this a real Madball tune, let alone NYHC.
Platinum Plus. Who makes a video that sounds best/is best and on top of it you get important information that you actually can learn from? I don't know too many artists that are doing that these days.
dope
I love all Madball works, I feel the feelings in every of their tracks, both old and new ones. I don't care with what the other says about this album. Collab with Tim? I appreciate the decision. He's the legend too, he's still sings about punk rock and revolution while the other punk legends begins to talk about love and desperate. I'm not saying that this is good or epic, this is like the "Born Strong" follow up. And it's just ok.
Legends
Great songs so far. This album ain't going to be the same tired harcore sound.
Exactly.
im big madball fan and tbh have nothing against them experimenting even the way they did (which i must say dont realy like , this or few particular songs from the new album)with this song, but after listening to evil ways ft ice t , or smile now pay later , or damaged goods , im satisfied of their progress, and anyhow its one of their best album..at least dfferent than others.
Makes me sad that kids these days have no idea about Oi music. I mean, what do they think the S in DMS stands for??
MFJon777 that's what I'm saying dude I like it but I'm punk at heart the brocore kids won't like it
Thats a funny comment from A guy with a discharge logo for his pic. Im all for a band changing it up. Ive loved madball for years, but this album and hardcore lives are both bad imo. Watered down for the most part. I wish they were still making stuff like set it off. Thats madball to me. And discharge are still killing it, but you should know better than me that they are playing the old shit that people want to hear.
Awesome
Madfall. Alas.
O Mitt faz muita falta.Mas segue o show ❤️🙌🙏
Just dig the fact that he has looong hair, rarely seen among hardcore dudes these days...
anybody knows who speaks the intro? sounds a hell like micky fitz to me???
This is fucking awesome. Tim is great on this track!
☺ super continuer
damn check out Lint!
