The chat didn't seem to want to grasp the fact that Logia's don't go around leaking their elements everywhere. The fact that so many of them said Crocodile would leave sand everywhere made me lose brain cells. When Ace/Sabo walks around they arent constantly dropping fire everywhere. The only time that happens is in crocodiles case is when he uses his sand and when he gets attacked since his body reacts automatically
This is one of few tier lists where you can see Luffy, Spandam and Akainu in the same tier.

Being downwind from his bathroom is scary af. You can't share anything with him. Glasses, eateryware, bowls. No amount of washing it will matter because its had poison in it. Dude must also smell like raw sewage. The idea is you can live around him so as long as he isn't in your space but as a roommate the entire point is you share some space with him. There's no way

How is it actually with Crocodile? So many people say 'sand everywhere'. I would think its not only not like that, but actually the opposite. He would have the easiest way of cleaning up, cause he can pick up all the sand without doing much. Maybe this does not work with dirt as much.. im not sure. But i feel like he would be perfect for some kind of beach side home because of this.
I've thought about this. If his sand power includes dustomancy then he can absorb all dust and dirt which would make him the best. Say you forget your umbrella. You not coming into his place soaked. He can take care of that.

Tekking, I do not know how you did this but for some reason, after every single video, the RUclips Algorithm shows me your VODs. I play games where I concentrate a lot so I often watch hours and hours of your content and when I click away on a 10 minute video, after that I get trown right back in. It's like a vortex of Tekking VODs. Now, I love you and your content, so thats okay, but I'm just saying, whatever you are doing to the algorithm, you are doing it right.
Honestly, Luffy would be towing a line for me, I’ve kicked out roommates for being too messy/dirty, but Luffy would have an entertainment factor that they didn’t. However, I also spend a considerable amount on meat each month so there’s definitely a seastone lock on the fridge and freezer

As a massive history nerd and a lover of dark comedy I genuinely need a robin in my life
Some interesting choices here. Let me give a few musings on characters who didn't make your list.
Shanks, I'd say, would go under Very Solid Roommate. He seems pretty chill, as long as you don't threaten people under his protection.
Big Mom - Definite CSI. Between her 'hunger pangs' rampages and her draining years off people's life spans, I wouldn't last very long as her roommate, and her abandonment issues wouldn't allow me to just leave. If neither of those were issues, I'd certainly be disturbed by her bringing food items to life, only to eat them.
Blueno - He'd be a perfectly fine roommate. If I locked my keys inside the house, he'd just use the Door Door fruit powers to get them or let me inside.
Shiryu - This guy went from being an Impel Down warden to being an Impel Down prisoner because he's insane and homicidal. Being given a Devil Fruit that allows him to turn invisible only makes him even more dangerous. Another definite CSI.
Garp - He'd be very demanding, and probably go out of his way to make sure I'm in good shape. But He'd be a Perfectly Fine Roommate.
Judge Vinsmoke - He'd get kicked out right away, because his views on what are strengths and what are weaknesses are the opposite of my views. He was an abusive father to Sanji, and a bully. And I'm not a fan of bullies.
Mr. 3 (Galdino): He could make plenty of duplicate keys with his wax powers. But his leaving wax everywhere would get Annoying.

Lol, yeah if you're able to imagine yourself living somewhere for a long while, it totally makes sense to save up and then get yourself a house. I've seen the kitchen; it's seriously nice. But I've moved 10 times in the last 14 years, from 10 miles from home to 8,400 miles away. That sort of adventure would not be possible if I had bought a house, and yeah, it sucks paying rent in some ways, but I also feel pretty free. Different strokes for different folks, so yeah, anyone still renting in your 30's, don't feel bad!

Luffy is also so fun in these what-if real life scenarios! He always does bad and its hilarious. Luffy would be the roommate where you get so fed up at his eating all your food, being loud, and not paying rent that when you are just about to throw him out, he punches someone who has been making you feel shitty for a while. Then you forgive him and let him stay and on top of that, you offer him some more of your food.
Trekking I don’t think you have anything to lose by making these streams into podcasts even if they’re more visual
Nekomamushi would be a great roommate. You get a giant cat for snuggling, vast quantities of delicious lasagna and his cat tree would be a climbing gym for you.
According to the wiki one of his hobbies is night swimming. So he could give you a lift across land and sea.

sanji is a catch in real world. even in one piece he got game, it just happens that he is in world of pirates but pudding, viola, bonney... guy got game even in OP universe. In real world, handsome, cooks, will do anything to please a girl, you'd never be scared he would hurt you, you can stomp on him if you want and he will take it like a champ... he is perfect husbando material
My first thought for the perfect roommate was Mihawk but that comes down mostly to the fact my main criteria is having peace and quiet but looking at the list i realized that Robin would be exactly the same cause she would just be chillin reading boobs and stuff + she could help me learn languages which i can't get myself to and she is also very caring sweet and has dark sense of humor which imo is like 20/10 roommate right there.
It just comes down to dog vs. cat once again.. so let's think about the agreed upon method of comparison: similarities to Pokémon
You can have an electric dog like Manectric with a super weird fur when he looks at the full moon or instead choose the majestic, legendary electric tiger that is Raikou

Kuma is S-Tier because he can teleport you anywhere you want to go, and come to pick you up instantly. He is also really nice, and I bet he would give magnificent massages for free out of the kindness of his heart, just because he is so nice. He can also heal a migraine. bonus.

Kizaru is a highly successful member of a military organisation he would have things clean and immaculate like a solider in our world would. He may have some slipped standards because he's higher up and rules have not applied quite so strong but I imagine he would be pretty sorted.

Id argue brook should have been a tier lower, if not 2 roomate, i feel like you're getting house calls by the cops for the loud noise whenever he decides to rock out, also i feel like if your neighbors see a walking skelleton coming from your house/appartment, somethings going to go down eventually. Calling him the best roommate seems a bit much to me
Also if you have any women as neighbors, he's going to constantly keep asking them for their underwear. That and him and Sanji constantly try to peak on girls in the shower
