they should just make it so his gun start at max speed in base kit and replace the ability and does that with like a secondary attack because other off tanks have a secondary attack like azan and yago
I really enjoy Paladins, but I rarely have people to play with. Everytime I login I immediately play Raum and love it. I want to make a build that makes him as tanky as possible. I currently use Subservience Sinister Allies 5 Desperation 1 Void Lord 3 Shattered Essence 5 Abyssal Connections 1 (Any tips on items since the new update?)

I don’t mind even having the Gatling spin up to full speed, make the ramp up in line with Ruckus and replace the secondary fire with something else

Raum is so bad atm. So many characters have at least one thing they can do to stop Raum. Rework talent and cards imo
