У нас на Северном Урале я сама находила просто на земле в предгорье отпечатки аммонитов, папоротников и окаменевшие деревья Сдала в музей зубы и куски бивней мамонта. Их выбросили при строительстве школы. Огромные и хорошо сохранившиеся куски исчезли. Мне достались обломки. Сейчас они в экспозиции. Недавно нашли зубы древней акулы окоо Краснотурьинска
У нас раньше было морское дно, по видимому.

Whether this is beautiful or not I will leave to the eyes of the beholders but it is a far better way to uncover and examine these fossils. Most videos on the subject show some Oaf cracking the rock strata with a big fat little hammer that destroys the very fossil that we find so fascinating and that's really sad if you ask me.
