@ 15:30 it's the dongle for powervalve calibration. In the airbox besides the diode and resistor is the other end. Plug it in de switches and display light up. Hold the throttle wide open for 3 seconds. You will hear the PV open and closes. If you look thrue the exhaust port de slide and cheeks have to go all the way up and in. Without going down or out a bit after the calibration cycle.
Morgan, thank you for sharing all of this with viewers. You'd get through all these steps and get riding sooner without this significant additional effort. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.
The more I watch the more I like my carbed '17 250XC. It was hard jetting it out there with the elevation but I bet the next time I get it right! Good video though and my hat's off to you for the effort!
Yikes! Engine looks like it’s in an intensive care unit. I think I’ll stick with my carbureted Beta 300 thanks. Looks like some kind of catalytic converter in the head pipe? A charcoal canister on a two stroke?! Now I’ve seen everything. EU emissions regulations I guess. Definitely looking forward to the ride review.
My yz250x power valve vent drips oil on driveway. Where my ktm150xcw was vented differently and did not drip. Why did you not leave the vent to the airbox?
I’m curious if fantic actual lubes the neck stem and swing arm like they are supposed to be and not very light grease like these other manufacturers come??? Great videos I’ve been wanting one for awhile can’t wait to watch more content on it

Won’t speak on this fantec. However, The ktm “TPI not TBI” bikes are super easy to work on and very reliable. I’ve got little mechanical experience n doing top end was simple. @100 hours. never failed me once.
I think this bike is not the bike for someone who doesn’t like working on bike or doesn’t know much about bikes. I’m surprised how much you have to do to it before it’s ready to ride
Yamaha/fantic, Hyundai/Kia, Toyota/Lexus nothing surprises me anymore your getting interchange parts only difference order from Hyundai or Lexus you will pay more for the same part number that’s interchangeable to Kia or Toyota.

I'm excited about this bike and I can't even touch it, Morgan you must be like a kid on Christmas morning.

You are encouraging more and more to order them
Right on time 🤙🏼

Rubber blinkers are underated! Cheers!

Soooo underated!! Lol!
Bike looking good👍
Thanks 👍
Will Yamaha get the hint that we want this in the US???? Awesome vids.

The map switch looked like the Athena GET switch. Does the bike come stock with a programmable Athena GET ECU?
I think so. They say the ignition is Athena

If that's from the same STM Clutch company it's pretty high end stuff.
Nice

Me too. Might have to do something

The shape of the pipe reminds me of a beta xtrainer, does it have much for top end?
Same triple clamp as the Yz? or it has a different offset?
Same
You should ride that thing with that choked air cleaner cage and pipe, prolly would be crazy
I want to see this as well!
I want to see that too. A comparison of how much better it gets with the real pipe.
I wonder where Morgan got that bike. I tried getting a xef rally and no one could order me one.
Watch my video about that. It’s literally titled “How do you buy a Fantic in the US”
He has a video going into it.
I tried the email in the discrption. I didn't work for me
@@paulmumford9386 I fixed that I think. If not, shoot me an email at morgan@highland-cycles.com
Nice to see an alternative to KTM on the market. But its still no KTM.
What is with that tiny pipe?
Euro street legal crap
To make you spend more bucks on a bigger one and also other after market add ons and to make it sell at a competitive sales tag

Italian electrics....scary.
