This does not sound like 2005 - She was extremely ahead of her time. She opened the door for alot of these newer artists.
The video is basically a depiction of a militia/terrorist camp in Sri Lanka.. I'm sure most people don't get it. And mostly they have females soldiers in such camps. MIA was always unique and creative from the start. Respect for this subtle video!
