    Namak Pare is a crispy, savoury Indian snack, often enjoyed with tea. It's easy to make and requires just a few ingredients. Here's a simple recipe:
    Ingredients:
    2 cup all-purpose flour (maida)
    2 tbsp oil or ghee (clarified butter)
    ½ tsp carom seeds (ajwain) or cumin seeds (jeera)
    Salt to taste (about ½ tsp)
    Water as needed (for kneading)
    Oil for frying
    Instructions:
    Prepare the Dough:
    In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, carom seeds or cumin seeds, and salt.
    Add 2 tbsp of oil or ghee and mix it into the flour using your fingers until it resembles breadcrumbs.
    Slowly add water little by little and knead the mixture into a stiff dough. The dough should not be too soft, as that will affect the crispiness.
    Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
    Roll and Cut:
    Once the dough has rested, divide it into two or three smaller portions for easy handling , According to you , same as shown in video. And roll it into Chapati and same repeat this process 5, 6 time . Then your dough is ready to make namak pare.
    Frying:
    Heat oil in a deep pan or kadhai over medium heat.
    Once the oil is hot, reduce the flame to medium-low and gently slide the namak pare into the oil.
    Fry until the namak pare turn golden brown and crispy, turning them occasionally to ensure even cooking.
    Remove them from the oil and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
    Serve or Store:
    Let the namak pare cool completely before serving or storing.
    You can store them in an airtight container for up to 2-3 weeks.
