It's no secret that SD3 medium was a massive bust, however SAI did state they are working on improving it and there are some fine tune models showing up on Civitai.com. Hopefully they release the 4B and 8B model to the open source community but personally I haven't heard anything on my end.

Yes you can to a certain extent. I'm still experimenting with it but I will cover it in a future video.
