L.A Noire had the worse ending ever i mean they didn't do something to Roy Earle he wasn't even a cop a guy just bought him. I really feel sad for Phelps. Why did Phelps first let Kelso go up? I mean Kelso was never good to him he hated him, maybe Phelps is a too good person?
