I watched a video of command task. In that the trainer said that "Do not ask help from your sub ordinates."
I was confused. I thought that, we want to make a good decision with quickness. Then the right choice should be to discuss with the subordinates.

The test is to check an individual's commanding skills. Helping that person is only going to ruin his test. But sometimes u can help by making things faster as subordinates that's all

Sir, in my PGT, we were 6 membérs and all started giving idea and no one took the load, eventually I took it and while all task I was struck with it
Sir Our gto has instructed that as a subordinate you won't help the commander directly or indirectly
That's what happened the whole team was blank at PGT

Sir In my SSB in 1 AFSB Dehradun the gto told us that the sub ordinates are like robots and they'll do what you tell them what to do. And my group mate asked help from me when I was his sub-ordinate then gto stoped him. So sir what should we do in that case sir? Please help?

Why diploma + engg students are not allowed for afcat flying branch and GD(tech)
10th -> Diploma --> Engineering they will not allow because you don't have math and science background. They allow candidate with 12th with science and math back ground--> Diploma-->engineering.
@@ramanathanbalasiva3438 we had also mathematics subject .....and engg is whole physics ....this reason is not suitable for rejecting us ...this is logic less reason
