Pound Cake
3 sticks salted butter at room temp
3 cups sugar
3 cups Swans Down Cake flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
8 ounces cream cheese at room temp.
3 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon butter extract
1 teaspoon cream bouquet
Whipped Banana Pudding Icing
4 ounces cream cheese
6 cups powdered sugar
6 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoon pure vanilla extra
1 teaspoon cream bouquet
8 ounces extra cream Cool Whip
5.1 ounce box of banana cream instant Jell-O Pudding

I put 1/4 cup of flour in a small 3 or 4" mssh stainless strainer. I sifted the flour inside of my baking pans. Make sur you do it over the sink or trash can .

BTW, I also like your Cuisinart Stand Mixer. I have 2 KitchenAid Stand Mixers which I personally love but, I’m kinda curious as to how that Cuisinart works for you and anyone else. I do have a Cuisinart Hand Mixer and I might buy that Cuisinart Mixer to add along my other 2 Stand Mixers!

Thank you and yes, this cake would work great in layers. I rarely do layers because it’s a bit more work as far as icing goes ☺️.
No milk or no sour cream in cake ?
Only cream cheese as shown in the video. You should try with milk or sour cream and let me know how it turns out.
Also, I tried to use the box of pudding 🤭it was a fail since I used the entire box😒
You could try the 3 ounce box instead. I also added cool whip and turned out really nice.
