Glad to see there are other markets other than ours where prices are insane. A million dollar home should never have carpet, nor a range in the kitchen. Basically this is a 1600 sq ft home with a finished basement. 1/3 of an acre???? We need to get back to when this quality of a home was in the $400. Crazy on the quality and the price!
