- This Samira Kayle deck with underplayed cards like Star-crossed Lovers and Captain Kalrix got me all the way to Diamond 1 with only 1 win left to get Master... but sadly I hit a brick wall and ended up losing a few games. The deck is still more powerful than I would have thought and I'm especially surprised by the power the Lovers can add to cards like Esmus and Samira!

Captain Kalrix was originally Ledros. He got live once more after operation of sion follower, then changed his name from Ledros to kalrix

26:21 to answer that question, no it does not. The unit would need to die to the hexblit, but in this scenario it is technically dying to the disintegrate instead.
That samira skin fits perfectly for a red/blue Noxus/Targon deck.

How do I get more cards faster? I play around 2 to 3 games per day I don't think I'll get cards unless I spend a lot of money. Welp
Path of champions is a great way to get more experience
Don't worry about spending money. LoR is one of the games in which you don't need to spend anything but can get quite a lot stuff. Although it might take a while, you'll be able to collect anything you want only by playing it.
Let's take me as an example. Sure, I've been playing for some time now. My Regions rewards are on average at lvl. 28. Rn I got a heck lot of wildcards and shards just by playing. Even cosmetics through events (but no boards sadge).
It's surely taking some time to get to that point. What you can do is take the daily experience boost from the first wins for both, PvE and PvP. And do the missions (which you can fulfill in any PvE mode too).
But the most important thing... ENJOY! If you have a fun time playing you'll be having resources in no time.
I'm not good at writing and I wrote a lot that hopefully contains one or two helpful things. Only thing left to say is happy highrolling!
New players get to "buy" starter decks for free in the store. Not sure if that's still an option
@@dimitripollard7781, they only can get some starter decks at the beginning of the game. Those you refer to just were a recent event, which already ended. But a good example of how the game helps you play it non-budget.
Focus on those quests to build up xp for the chests, it will happen sooner than you think. Nothing wrong with paying if you want to, but it’s really not required

Its the second version of the 9-cost with play-skill deal damage to the nexus to its half. Now its quiet rare no one mention him which is this captain is just his succesor that doesn't even need to nexus strike.
I think the reason is that Ledros is really really slow, and without atrocity, the Shadow Isles doesn’t really have a reason to cut the enemy nexus in half on turn 9
But Dreadway with Ledros/Kalrix is otk. The meme potential

Yes, but consider. The first lover is a 2|2, the second is a 4|4, the third is a 6|6 or 2|2 with +4|+4, the fourth is an 8|8, and so on
This is doable with Ahri Dawn and Dusk
