He didn't really give them up, the IBF was gonna strip him because he's been stringing them on for ages and his application again for them to push a fight against their mandatory back till December had been knocked back, so he got in first and relinquished it. He should have fought Hergovic ages ago but he's waited for Fury and then they let him have that fight but weren't prepared to wait around for their rematch. If you know anything about boxing you'd know the IBF don't mess around when it comes to mandatory's. They're not the WBC, who let guys like Wilder and Fury fight voluntary bums for their titles.
If Fury won the Undisputed,as Fury would have just won the IBF, he wouldn't have been stripped, they'd have let him fight Usyk but after that he'd have had to fight their mandatory, like they did Usyk.
You do know Dubois has the belt? not Joshua. It's no different to vacant belts that have been stripped off fighters for one reason or another. Funnily enough, Froch won two of his world championships that way, he only won 2 of his belts off the man with the belt.

In the rematch, Usyk landed 35 more punches on Anthony Joshua compared to the first fight. Corrupt judge Glenn Feldman tried to rob Usyk and scored the fight for AJ
I don't know much about Hauser but he's right about this belt ; its a paper belt how can you see it as anything else?
Because the rules are like this. If you hold all 4 belts you still have to defend your individual title against each mandatory. If you do not in the time awarded then the governing body have to strip you and let the number 1 contender fight for your built. It’s how the sport thrives, no one will argue Usyk is the man of the division but there can still be another champion. Just like every other division..
@@mrsugar2352 Its nothing like every other division because in other divisions those with the belts , much more often than not , have never fought each other. Usyks 2 from 2 against AJ and comprehensively beat Dubois. Its farcical to anyone with a working brain to call the winner "World champ".
In addition "its how the sport thrives" is about as poor a misrepresentation of the sport as you can get , the truth is that having 4 organisations/belts damages the sport as it leads to so much ambiguity about who actually is the best.
In this case of course , there is none due to Usyk handing defeats to both of these fighters.

That would mean that anyone that's won a vacant belt is a paper champ, that includes 2 of Froch's world title wins, they were for a vacant belt, that weren't taken off the proper champs. Usyk should have got his fight against Hergovic out of the way but he choose to hang around for Fury. He promised the IBF he'd fight their mandatory next but he's not, he's fighting Fury again. The IBF have never messed around when it comes to their belts, they're known fort it and regularly strip fighters that don't do what they say.
