When they played hard mode, and they saw the intruder on the cameras, they had said that if you look at him too long you’ll die but, it read at the corner Ventilation, so that meant that the intruder crawled through the vent and got em’.

i played this with a friend 3 days ago we kept losing even after reading the directions. the problem we suffered was the fact we didnt check the cams which was the way we lower the anxiety. we found that out after we beat the mall first then the room. im glad to find we wernt the only ones that where confused

0:32 the reverse message says "he'll rip your face off" which is a reference to the fact that the intruder can copy a player's appearance (but without a head for some reason)
the flipped text is "he will rip your face off."
Guide: When the intruder is making clanging noises, turn off the lights and stay still, he will open the vent to check, but if none of y'all die, he's gone. This applies to the difficulty(s) hard and nightmare
You can watch him all you want.
His usual pattern is 2-1-3-4/5 then six, ( you must hide when that happens ) He will always reset to camera 2 when he is done with one process, then he will start again.
It is best to ALWAYS read the guide in the start, easy, hard, and even nightmare as it is good to always recap.
