Sorry for replying 4 months later :) But just in case anyone else encounters it, it's Django (Python web framework) page you see when you set DEBUG=True in Django settings and none of the routes match the requested one (the one requested in the video is "/", whereas the app has only "/admin" and "/test" configured). Seeing this page is a way to understand that the python app you are developing with Django actually works.
