    What is the point of taking skin off tomatoes. Really there is loads of flavour in tomato skin and pips. I don't agree with this Michelin star stuff you just need really good ingredients done in a simple way

      Do you think that there are certain cutting boards for certain kinds of foods? I didn't see him (nor would he) place raw meat and veg on the same cutting board. Whatever cutting board he feels comfortable with is the "right" cutting board. He commands a professional kitchen, he has a good thick sturdy non-wooden board. He isn't trying to use an olive wood board day in and day out to look cool.
