The Daycare Attendant, otherwise known as Sun & Moon (or even Sunrise and Moondrop) has been split apart. Now instead of being one person, they're two! I have a theory, if they have a spotlight they can shine it to moondrop to blind him, or get Monty's claws and rip away his body
If you want to defeat moondrop then you need light, he hates. It if you can some how trap him in a room with no dark places it should kill him. Mabey his eyes and body is very sensitive to light or mabey triggers some sort of burning effect.
