    Chasse from PP to Quick Open Reverse, RF forward as a non progressive step(no phase 2 lowering), walk thru.

    10:00, Body rise, press down the ball-toe, feeling of elevator rise inside of the torso. Body rise is everywhere in the rising actions.

    1:00, The shin bone bent forward to create static energy, but The thigh bone is vertical to support the torso.

    9:00, Chasse from PP, swing rise(progressive rise) in 1~3 steps, pressure rise on 4th non-progressive step.

    8:00 Waltz, commence to rise end of 1, on the basement, knee bent.
    Foxtrot, rise end of 1, on the ground level, knee no bent.

    3:00 Bent knee(parking level) and raised toe(2nd floor level) are never ever together.

      Shouldn't this be straight knee and raised toe aren never together..? Because if you do so, you lose the the balance.
      So if you bent the knees slightly, your legs can carry the weight, right??
