Theo clearly the most talented and natural footballer in the team, but honestly he tries to do too much too often. Sometimes you just need to put your foot through it, you don't have to try sending people to the shops every time you get the ball.

Players like Theo are any proper team's absolute nightmare and are so so frustrating to have in your squad. He always holds the ball way too long. He NEVER opts for the simple (and often most effective) option because he wants to give it some "flair" (refer to 17:30 - pressed by two players, so he decides to drag the ball back and stop it exactly in front of his own goal.... essentially giving his opponent a penalty-ish shot instead of passing it to the side. You can even hear the other team's captain shouting for his forwards to press him high, because he understood perfectly well what sort of player he is and that he'd rather try something hard and stupid rather than getting rid of the ball in a critical situation. Pull that stunt even in a Sunday league game and you'd be sitting down next to the coach in a matter of seconds). But, worst of all, he thinks he is way better than he is; which is why he makes so many mistakes and looks "mistake prone". With his above average technique he could be a really useful player, but he simply doesn't play the game the right way. Horrible player. Of course, to people who don't really understand how the game should be played, Theo will look like an absolute baller because he can pick a nice pass 1 out of 20 times or dribble past three players (and get nowhere) in a single sequence, but from what I've seen of him I'm sure he's more of a liability than an asset
