Great review. Although I think it was biased by the fact that the board is small to start with given rider weight. I use the 98L 2022 model and the balance of the board and the rocker in front works great. It’s the best board I have ridden by a large margin.
Glad to hear it's working well for you Stefano. The 78L is quite small for me at 200lbs. If I were a new rider I'd be much better on the 98L. Just comparing my experience with some other 75-80L boards which have a bit more low-end. Nothing life-changing but I've got to nit-pick about something.... All and all a top-notch board. -Tucker

Thanks for the review!! Tucker, just for reference what is your weight? Did you measure a specific weight on the 4’10” Seek? The light versus mid versus heavy doesn’t really tell us much. I’m trying to compare it to the Cabrinha Code 5’0”/78l. They both seem quite similar in size and shape
I'm 205lbs, 6'3. Compared to the Code, this board is roughly a half pound lighter and a little shorter. Similar low-end ability IMHO. I don't share exact weights because they vary board to board due to production irregularities. -Tucker
What is your opinions about v1 vs v2 ? I thought this specific cuts on tale and 45 degree sides should be a good feature. Is flat and short better? Super interesting to know a bit more about shapes and feelings
Good question! The V1 was very much that 2020/21 style of board with kind of "average" dimensions, tail cutouts and kicktail. Kind of an "ok" construction. The V2 is stronger, shorter, flat chop tail, more nose rocker, little narrower. I think it's a positive step forward, especially if you want a shorter board. Personally, I'd like to see them lower the nose rocker, go a little longer and narrower. The short length, high volume, and agreessive nose rocker makes it a bit unstable and hard to plane out. So it's not excelleent in lighter conditions and you'll probably need to size up if you are a newer rider - Tucker
I loved everything about the 4’10 57L V1 Seek except the underside cut outs so was happy to see them gone in the V2. No issues with the top deck for me but I run V straps so that maybe why I didn’t notice the ridge. Bit confused why they went shorter especially in the smaller sizes and it sounds like it has impacted early liftoff 😢
Never mind the board, when will you do a review on the race wing? What are the tiny windows at the leach above and below the strut? Pulling a guess out of a hat - I’m going to say - so you can see you’ve rounded the mark…
Hi, First of all Thanks for the review!! I now have a 4.8ft seek v2. And I'm thinking of getting 4.10 for light wind. Do you know how much more the 78L weighs against the 58L? more or less, exact weight is not necessary. Thanks
I totally get the comment on the nose rocker but what about the tail rocker? I know Gunner B is involved with North and he's a big advocate of tail rockers

I appreciate your honesty on this one. If the venting valve had to be praised, thanks but no thanks.

Review in the works. Will release with the details on the wing soon. -Tucker
@@MACkiteboarding Soooooo….. When’s the review on the Mode wing?

I'd say it's about 1 lb heavier. Roughly 14lbs if I recall. -Tucker
Thanks T! What is the deck like? Flat of concave? Keep it up, great channel, T! Best Rob
Thanks Robert. The deck is flat other than that front archbar. -Tucker
could you compare it with a f-one rocket v2 75L?
Personally, I prefer the Rocket since it has a flatter nose rocker and a lighter construction. Some others might prefer the Seek though. -Tucker

Pretty flat, almost can't see it visibly but there is a touch of tail rocker, yes. -Tucker
Can you use F-one carbon mast hm 14mm. i.e. use F-one foils on this board?
Yes, you can.
Do u know how this compares to the Armstrong 5'2 75L?
Planes out quicker, quite a lot shorter so it's easier to swing around. More affordable but not quite a tough with respect to "minor dings" -Tucker
You havew to talk to us about this white north wing ;)
As soon as it releases. Spoiler alert... it's really good -Tucker
