    They should go around and give flooded victims a $100 or $200 dollar gift card to buy groceries and or something. It will not fix everything but it might cover a little bit of food expenses. Even though they would need a lot more. It would help a little bit.

    Houston is a concrete swamp so plan accordingly 😂. This is normal it's not something unusual. 60 years and I finally left last year and moved to the desert 🏜.
