That first song is a perfect description of my life struggling with anxiety since 2020(I've had it for 16 years but had a grip on it til the pandemic in 2020 thanks to a certain country) I haven't fully recovered from the stress of worrying about it....very moody song, love it. Sounded like the girl was saying "out...help me out" unless I misheard the lyrics.
