I stress over what I'll do with it and what happens if my plans don't work out... But I remember, if what I have planned doesn't work out, that's not the end of the world. @@quinna5537 My advice to you is not to worry about that part. I spent a LOT of time just working on myself, and once I decided what I wanted from life, and had a tentative plan in place... God started laughing and dropped the perfect person in front of me. That was 16 years ago. So you'll get there. But don't just grab up the first 'whoever' walking down the street...

This is quite possibly one of the most beautiful “life story” kind of song I have heard. Their girls are adorable, little do they know how amazing life is going to be for them once they realize how lucky they are to be so loved. Absolutely wonderful! 😍

This song is my anthem. I won't tell my whole personal story here, but this song came out around the time of some huge life changes for me. Thomas was already one of my favorite artists, but this awesome message (and catchy song!) was exactly what I needed to hear at that time. Just roll with it - stuff happens unexpectedly all the time and our plans get thrown off. Or in Thomas Rhett's words, "you make your plans and you hear God laughing." Just roll with it and realize it was probably for the better. I know it was for me even though it was stressful and overwhelming and not what I would have preferred at the time.
Also, Thomas is just an amazing artist and down to earth person. I mean just look at his dancing and how he interacts with the crowd. He's amazing in concert.
Just imagine these 2 little girls get to look back when they're older to see how incredibly happy their dad was with his family. EVERYBODY should be this happy!!!

I remember when this song first came out on radio, I thought it was a great song. Listen to it whenever I could a lot of it speaks truth to everyone's lives. There is one more line in this song that speaks Truth for me. Instead of adopting a child from Uganda, I met a lovely lady from Uganda and I now have a (step) daughter from Uganda too.
