    This was one of the best barbecue I ever prepared.. The marination sauce tastes so good and combining it with the charcoal effect on cauliflower is a Wow..!!

    Jus two days back I had made this on gas without oven or grill.. but frankly I shld say ur recipes have always a twist n perfection added to it ,I meant the coal part...ur as always an awesome chef yamanji...stay blessed and happy cooking...

    I have made one change in this. Instead of keeping directly on flame I have fried deeply in oil for two minutes. Taste was amazing. Thanks.

    Authentic, Awesome & Amazing, the tikka is yummy. The mustard oil method, sauce for marinating tastes so good and combining it with the charcoal effect on cauliflower is a million dollar secret..!! Thanks a lot for the Gobi Barbecue recipe.

    Sattu is prepared by dry roasting grains or grams, mainly barley or bengal gram. The traditional way of preparing Sattu involves the use of an iron vessel in which the grains or grams are roasted in sand. Afterwards they are sieved and then ground to a fine flour

    Yes! I made it in my XMAS party in my house in USA. It's came out so good, all 20 people got crazy, nothing leftover, for smoking part I added 2 elichi and 1 stick of cinnamon

    Tried out the recipe today... It turned out to be awesome... My family liked it 😍😍i roasted it in the pan and then did it on direct gas... As i was unable to hold the stick for too long... Still recipe came out to be perfect

    Although I have not tried it yet, a Air Fryer seems to be the perfect appliance for this dish. Cook it at 400 F for a few minutes and voila!

    ajedar recipe batayi hai / mai ise banvakar khaunga kyonki mai pure aur strict vegetarian hu lekin tanduri khana achcha lagata hai / pareshani yah hai ki tanduri sabjiyo ki recipe bahut kam hai ya na ke barabar hai / apane jis tarah se bataya hai ise mai isi tarah se banvakar khaunga ummid hai gobhi ki tanduri sabzi majedar ho gi / dhanyavad /

    Does the same boiling method go for potato, broccoli n mushroom as well..?? Mene raw vegetables use kiye the to make vegetable tandoor/ tikka buT ma vegetables were totally raw from inside

    How has the marinated masala got such a bright yellow color. I put all the masala as in the recipe, but the color looks light brown, and not yellow at all. Pl. Tell. Shall I put some haldi powder?

      You can do it at 200-220 degrees centigrade in a preheated oven for about 12-13 mins.
