How has the marinated masala got such a bright yellow color. I put all the masala as in the recipe, but the color looks light brown, and not yellow at all. Pl. Tell. Shall I put some haldi powder?

Although I have not tried it yet, a Air Fryer seems to be the perfect appliance for this dish. Cook it at 400 F for a few minutes and voila!
