I have tow capacity of 6500lbs w/ Tacoma prerunner .
Is it enough to pull this motel ?

It would be to heavy for your Tacoma, I would recommend finding a trailer between 3500lbs-4200lbs dry weight. If you like the Rockwood brand, check out their line of Geopro's

What's the hitch weight with two batteries and two full propane tanks?

Hey Tony, dry hitch weight is 644lbs. Two 30lbs propane tanks filled at 80% would be 48lbs. As for batteries it would depend on the batteries, but let's say you have two six volts that are 50lbs each. Hitch weight would be roughly 792lbs. Thanks for taking the time to comment! Happy Camping
