No matter the nature of the argument, if you see your sibling s arm leaning on the door and yet have no issues slamming it repeatedly that's taking it to a new level of sick imo. He was not afraid of her, he just didn't want her to recup her purse. I personally would feel the same doesn't matter man or woman sibling is sibling.

Clearly, when he was given the opportunity to pay in increments and didn't pay that or the insurance, I'd report the car stolen... never putting myself in harms way of someone that doesn't give AF about me.
