- I just finished my full MovementLab project file and created this trailer to show you all it contains.

best thing ever. i can tell that this is where ill learn the essentials of unity. i saw it 5 months ago when i wasnt into gamedev and i saved it so i could consider this for when i get interested in making games again

Can you make the Moving Floors tutorial? I've tried implementing it on my own but always run into issues
where can i get just the map but also very cool project
do you have any suggestions for me i want to start learning unity 3d , (3d games only )which is the tutorial in youtube i should watch other than brackeys
Basically just think of something you want to create (movement, melee/ranged combat etc.), then just search for it on youtube or google (sometimes there are great websites as well) and follow along. Just make sure you understand what you're doing and experiment with the code you created.
At least thats how I learned coding :D

@@simoncote4064 Yes. He basically has committed theft at this point. After a lot of research, I built my own version of this (much better than this janky and inelegant rigidbody based implementation) using the base provided by Kinematic Character Controller from the Unity asset store. Highly recommend that asset. If you want total control over your player you shouldnt be using rigid bodies to do a character controller anyways. This guy's videos are a noob trap, highly discourage.
