Arrived with a tshirt and all sweaty at a Chanel counter at a dep store in Hong Kong, and the girl told me to go smell the cap of Allure Sport! Got a totally different approach at a Dior counter and went with Dior Homme Sport.

I'm glad it happened. I just got my first Creed in the mail today from fragrancenet. I thought I'd gotten a fake because of the tight cap and squeak. I'm feeling a lot better about it now.
just want to know one thing i fake ones perform ??? can they copy the notes, longevity, projection cause i generally buy online only the one's which i used earlier bought from duty free shops or from departmental stores. now a days they copy bottle and packaging soo m just dependent on the performance. I received Silver Mountain Water as a gift. Purchased from Neiman Marcus, My father bought 2 bottles. I've never had the pleasure of smelling Aventus and I must say it smells DAMN good! Definitely getting the gentlemen's collection!

I have purchased other fragrances from them and was satisfied but i never purchased a niche frag from them. Are niche safe to buy from them?

Just recently got into creed. Did my extensive research. I have looked for discounts or promo price & the links that I have found on different sites are very questionable. I have found bottles that are about 40 % off. That's very questionable and tempting especially when you are buying a Creed Frag which already comes with a high dollar price. Bottom line: Creed is expensive. I've accepted that. If I buy a Creed, I will only purchase it from a Auth seller or from their website. That's all. I would rather pay full price and know the fact that my CREED is original without questioning myself and have sleepless night.
Fragrancenet without a doubt does not sell fakes. They're just old / overstock. Sometimes you get a bad one...I dunno, IMHO Creed fragrances just don't seem to stand the test of time unless you keep them cool / dark. I know people say you should do that with ALL frags, but whatever...I just think Creeds really noticeable change their scents based on the environment you keep them in, and it doesn't take that much time to change them either.
hey al i bought my aventus and royal oud from a frag store here in town. now when i bought it the woman told me that they dont sell fakes but i got aventus for about 250 and the royal oud for 190... both big bottles.. now i cant tell whether they're fake or real and theres no specific creed boutiques in canada or anywhere close to where i live. could u help
I thinkt he problem is more complicated and more difficult for the community. Many people buy from fragrancenet, or on facebook groups etc.. Not everyone might have an original creed to compare it to.... Add to creeds batch variations and people might never know if they have a fake.
That's exactly what i got online from fragrancenet almost identical but weaker smelling exactly how he described it took it to Neiman Marcus and could instantly smell the difference

Seriously? there is no risk if your educated. If you educate yourself its relatively easy to save a shit ton and protect yourself from scams. IMHO its more risky getting splits than buying on ebay. At least ebay will get your money back. Try telling someone they shorted you 10ml.
Personally I have not purchased creed from amazon. I have heard of people having plenty of success though. In many cases when you buy a fragrance from amazon it is filled by another store that sells on amazon. With that in mind many times you may be able to find a better deal on it from that companies actual website. It really depends though on who is doing the selling. The good thing about amazon unlike some auction sites is that Amazon really has your back. If you get a fake they will back you up. And if you read the fine print and it says "filled by amazon" You really have nothing to worry about in the event of anything out of the ordinary showing up on your front porch.

Bought Aventus at Neiman Marcus is $370 after tax. While I was there I picked up some samples. Decided I wasn't going to pay $350 for my next Creeds so I went through fragrancenet and compared them to the NM samples... The online ones were spot on! Luis and Al are awesome and have good intentions but a little misleading there about online discounters. eBay is just asking for a fake.
Srsly, as far as caps go...I went to Neiman and the Tom Ford counter has at least one frag with a broken lid. Should have seen the SA try to get a sample.

To be honest, my most complimented fragrances have been from the Creeds I have. The JFK vetiter aka Creed 1948 and the Royal Oud are the tops
to be honest, even the real ones look fake because creed does not care much about the bottle, its the juice they care about. i have alot of real ones and dont expect an amazing bottle.
I think due to the fact that like any parfum and the amount of batches they make it would be hard to say what was a fake
