Fireball wasn't removed (at least there's no patch note about it). Funnily, I tried this run with Mage and also didn't get a single one. On another note: Particle Accelerator is my most favourite weapon. I tried a couple times building Renegade/PA but never found more than one. Wonder how far into endless one would have to go for 6 lol
Fun challenge run idea I just did, that I think would make a fun video: Vagabond, pick a random weapon. Then take the first 5 weapons offered in the shop no matter what. I got hand and ghost flint first....it was touch and go but was fun.
It's possible! having two shared tags gives the weapon you're looking for 2 chances to show up, but also adds more other weapons to the pool of possibilities. I'd have to do the math!
Cephalopocalypse wants an item added to the game for himself that makes burning damage crit, completely disregarding the fact that he's known for the best financial advice on RUclips. Guess you could name it like Burning Financial Advice or something, needs a workshop.
Keep in mind that if you accidentally hit Go to Wave 20 you can always press Escape, go to main menu and resume the run from the last shop and go Endless ;)
ToP for a 1-20 run is great for early, horrendous 'mid' (i.e. up to lvl 20 so don't pick if you're in any ways melee) and just becomes +20% damage in endless which might be good and might be irrelevant if you don't find the true item check items like Tardigrades and Giant's Belt.
Hey dude, I think the mic sounds pretty great overall in my Arctis7 headset, both in prior vids and with the recent tweaks. One suggestion I might have is applying a noise gate to gate off the keyboard clicking but still picking up your voice and/or adjusting the positioning or mic mode to filter it out when you're talking--it's not super noticeable in any case, though. Great content as always!
Endless runs always welcome, regardless. Audio sounds crisp. It's funny to me how much better your baldurs gate content does, as a strictly brotato fan. Happy you haven't scrapped playing it in favor of leaning into the demands of the algorithm! I'm sure when/if I play the other you'll be my go to.
The ideal weapon for finding fireball is wand as every time the shop generates a weapon it only has a 15% to match weapon tags and elemental alone is about 11 weapons, adding the explosive tag makes adds another 5 or 6 making the odds of finding one early really low.
I suspect it may have been stealth removed, even if it was by accident. Just did a mage run - if anyone is tagged for it, mage would be - and didn't see one. I've done several in the past and while it's not a common I pretty much always saw at least one, and others here are reporting they haven't seen any recently either.

That is the power of a high elemental plank build on a horde wave- it’s a little underrated. Man, these ‘weapons hunt’ runs can be a bit aggravating when the one you want never shows up
Fun run! Voice sounds very clear, very nice. On my phone speakers, sibilance was a little high, and I could hear breath sounds. On PC speakers, I didn't notice those issues.
I am very surprised that you didn't lock that Cog in the Wave 11-12 shop for later purchase. While not an engineering build, with the ability for your turrets to crit and both Tentacle and Hunting Trophy, I would think it a good investment to increase your Engineering a smidge if all it's going to cost you are some materials and less than 10% of your current Luck.

voice is clear but loud in my opinion. game audio is quiet compared to the voice as a result when I have to lower volume. Its hard to get audio right

Fireball is way too hard to find. Ive tried fireball runs like 6 times and never get 6
Capping HP doesn't effect weapons that use hp they still use the higher one not the cap.

At 8:33, you state that you lose 2 but you lose 3 from the loud, it is just a net loss of 2. This may have been part of the changes with the beta.
