Under the passenger seat is the Bluetooth module box, this is what picks up the Bluetooth, you can reset it by pulling out the leads and plugging them back in. BUT.....you will see BT-Audio on the headset but you may not have the parts to make the Bluetooth work
IMPORTANT: The mentioned BT-option in the video is also available if your radio has no pre-configuration for mobile connection. So you can change the option in the menu, but it won't activate the bluetooth option, because it's not available in your radio. You have to buy a new radio with mobile connection or buy bluetooth adapter for 30 bucks, which is connected on the back of the radio. This option is pretty confusing, because it's available but not supposed to work.

I have a vw polo 2012, and unfortunately you can't use Bluetooth on smart phone, yes the phone pairs for calls via Bluetooth but not for music like Spotify unfortunately. I just bought a seperate Bluetooth adapter that goes onto my cigarette lighter. Only other option you have is to change the radio for a new one which I'm prob going to do tbh

Bought a comfortline with the factory fitted BT accessory mounted to the dash... Can stream audio through it, then it connects to the radio and streams but sound quality is awful! Radio is same model as you have demo'd and I can access the BT menu as you do, but it won't work. I read on another forum that the factory has to 'enable' that radio to stream BT direct as you have shown. Do you know any hacks so I can enable streaming direct from my device to the radio, not through accessory? Thanks.

The one down side about the Jetta 2013 is that the steering wheel controls don't work with Bluetooth. I am taking the car to the dealership tomorrow to see if they can do something

I do this exact thing on my 2013 Polo but when I go back under media the BT option still doesn’t appear
It worked for me.

The RCD310 has the bluetooth feature but does not have the built in module so you wont be able to pick up the radio on ur bluetooth list.
