This is why I think this guy is the best, not just because of his knowledge of the game but also because of his fairness. Stopping till the player stopped lagging and giving him a few free attacks to make it fair. Just awesome sportsmanship
13:20 Jonkus runs the same core with the Mewtwo safe switch instead of the Reshiram. It seemed to work pretty well for him, although its a little weak to Solgaleo. I don't have Reshiram built so I'm running it with Mewtwo and it's been working really well at my elo (2000+)
Reshiram does have its perks considering if you want to deal with Dialga (BestBuddy bonus op) and also Ho-Oh as you resist the fire damage and also great against Solgaleo. Mewtwo works too but you may end up losing to pokemon that do fast move damage like Kyogre easier.
@@NepNeppy I think both have pros and cons but now that I think about it, Reshiram would have better coverage other than a double weakness to ground in the back. I'm going to stick with Mewtwo because I have that built and I don't have Reshiram built (I only build hundos past lvl 40) but either would work imo
@@sndr. I've been playing for a loooonnnggg time, so I've seen mewtwo come into raids many many times. The last time regular mewtwo was in, it was in raids for 2 weeks. I had a ton of 98s but no hundos and I hadnt been grinding too hard. Last raid, got the hundo. I didnt have enough mewtwo XLs but I got enough because I did maybe 30 raids during the Shadow Mewtwo raid weekend.
I am sure so many people who actually use or main Landorus for the ML will really love this update. 1 - You now get a good bait move and the only one you had was Superpower which is not good considering it debuffs your self and was not a good move to bait with despite cheap energy. Move itself is good but as in terms of other charge moves it has it was not great. 2 - You hit pretty hard with it and Ground is a very strong offense typing in the ML as it does share the same coverage as Superpower (minus Fighting VS Ice types) and you already deal with the pokemons that were weak to it already even better like Rhyperior/Dialga/Heatran/Solgaleo(no longer neutral Superpowers). 3- Ground Flying has one of the best type coverages especially with the pokemons you encounter as well it makes very good synergy and team building as well. Great for flyers like Lugia/Ho-Oh, good against Steel types like Solgaleo and Dialga and it just makes trying to build pokemons that are good against Zygarde with more flexibility in terms of type coverage as well. All ill say is Landorus is a amazing pokemon update this season for those who love the ML.
I have about 30 premium raid passes, so debating on if I should use them for Landorus OR save them for when Mewtwo or Dialga-Origin are in raids. I'm VERY limited on ML mons so I really want to be careful with what I build The XL legendaries I have are Xerneas, Lugia, Groudon, Yveltal, and Melmetal. I'm working on Zygarde as well rn, but that's gonna take me a while (it's currently 50 percent form, level 42.5, and currently I have 74 cells).
Considering the Pokémon you already have built I highly recommend you to raid Dialga and push one. It fits very well in your combination of mons and Groudon already sorta fills the Lando gap, where you don’t have any Dialga-like mon yet, which is still one of the best safe swaps in the open ML. Hope that helps.
I just raiding Landorus today, had sandsear storm... i was shocked seeing its a 140 base power for raid but 60 base power for PVP.... 1 of the biggest desparity i've seen since Return 😂
I was doing a bunch of sims in pvpoke matrix and there are no bulkpoint differences with a 14 defense when considering fast moves, only some charged moves from certain mons will deal 1 more damage than they would in case of 15 defense. but all matchups stay pretty much the same (same wins-losses in all shield scenarios). I would say that a 15-15-14 would be better than a 15-14-15, but still the difference is not really noticeable in my opinion. If it isnt level 50 yet, keep raiding it until it is gone from raids then make your decision
I love this new Pokémon! But tbh, the last time i fell in love w a master league Pokémon, Rayquaza, they nerfed it… it’s not worth the money tbh. I know that move will get nerfed eventually
Palkia definitely nice too. Double resist the Ho-Oh / Solgaleo fire damage and also Aqua Tail is a good finisher against other Landorus as it does hit very hard for a bait move.
Henry chose to use an Elite TM rather than level up a second Lando. He probably could have, but it seems like a waste of 300 XL candies to just get the video out faster.
It can depend! I try and get to as many submissions as I can. With me being out of town in charlotte, I had to prepare a lot of content ahead of time, so I'm quite backed up on submissions at the moment
Thanks for the clarification, if you haven’t already watched the battles sent to you last Sunday (maybe it was still Saturday in your time zone) I may have gotten wins with a team that made me go down like 300 elo or something in one day
Honestly, the fact that a shielded move can still apply a debuff is beyond stupid. Shielding a Sandsear Storm in the mirror must be frustrating, but shielding a Sandsear Storm as a Ho-Oh AND getting debuffed, without an option to reset/prevent the Debuff is insane.
That's what makes debuff moves viable at all. If the effect is blocked by a shield, they immediately become not worth using without their power and energy being completely rebalanced. Debuff effects must remain unblocked by shields now and going forward.
@@colehardcash_ I have been on the Leaderboard multiple times. I am just saying that it's a stupid mechanic. As far as I am aware shields in the MSG prevent every harmful effect.
@@andrewcurl909 the thing is, debuff moves are flipping Match ups they are not supposed to flipp. And the fact that using a single resisted move instead of a double super effective move is straight up bad game design. Something the MSG is actually doing correct. But yes, balancing is an issue. Breaking Swipe was too strong, no one was arguing with that. Icy Wind is okay. Bubble Beam is not half as good as Icy Wind.
Well thats what niantic seems like do now.. give lot debuff and buff moves and make them quite strong compare moves what dont do it. usually main series they balance moves and debuff moves do bit lower damage than nondebuff moves. (or lower accuraty like this case genies signature moves arent 100% accuraty why usually people use earthquake or other moves) Should be surely same as main series when use protect/shield you dont get debuff cause move is blocked

If you’ve played mainline games, you would know lowering your attack stat is just a normal Landorus-Therian day
Wolfe has taught me a thing or two about that

My brain never even thought waiting was an option haha. Level 50 character for HSH
Thats W sportsmanship.
Been using your zerkrom, Groudon, and landorus team from your old video for a while now. So glad they gave landorus the new move.
Really? I've been looking for a good Zekrom team to use, hows that been going for you?

for reshiram, zekrom, and dialga (same stats), a 15-15-14 is equivalent to a hundo, just in case you haven't heard about it before@@zacksheets9726

4:12 wow full respect for your manners! Fair play 💪
Henry said like 100 Times that "icy wind isn't a great move for damage" But not today!! 😂
Drinking game!
Take a shot every time Henry says "Icy wind clone"
Can’t wait to see Lando with a 99% usage rate 😂
Landorus isn’t meta breaker landorus is the meta itself
Yo Henry you personally inspire me to stick with GBO and not get frustrated with it; you're a true sportsman and a champ, consider me subbed forever!
gonna need some avalugg content to hunt for the landys in the future lmao

LMAO the last battle
Galarian Darmanitan stocks RISING
Oh hey checked submission form and saw something cool 👀
Have a hundo landorus but i'm hesitant to use an elite tm for SS, wondering if Niantic will give it the same nerf like breaking swipes.
it's like having Intimidate back in the day
5:45 did you say “I catched”?😅
Maybe Kyurem instead of Reshi?
I just raiding Landorus today, had sandsear storm... i was shocked seeing its a 140 base power for raid but 60 base power for PVP.... 1 of the biggest desparity i've seen since Return 😂
The subtitles said 'homeless Henry'! Just checking you're ok. 😂
Yes it is amazing because I hit Legend with it yesterday.
boys, he waited for the opponent being lag behind to get some energy, a saint if I ever seen one
I love seeing my boy D2tharob get in a homeslice video
Do you need it to be a hundo? both considering best buddy and not, I got a 15/14/15 already, wondering if i just need XLs...

It’s rank 2 on pvpoke soooo might have to get some coins for it 👀
Now that Landorus doesn't run Superpower anymore, I really want to build my hundo Zarude. It kinda destroys Landorus as well as hardwalling zygarde
The last battle entertained the s out of me. Thanks man
sad 12-15-15 today from raid hours.. if even 14 attack 😢
Its so dumb how big effect the coin flip can have in the match

holy shit i built the exact same team

Yea maybe@@thegreatgambeeno
wait is that move only for today?
For every Landorus you catch during the raid duration OR if you Elite TM any that you have.
3:54 not coin flip, theirs wasn't a hundo
As Landorus joins the ML ...i see Mamoswine feasting it
Hunting landorus therian with chesnaught in master league 💀
How many days does it usually take between someone sends you battles and you making a video about them?

I was waiting when will homie drop the new Lando video. Here it is. ✌️✌️
Sooo much fun in this video. Well done HSH
My 1st Lando raid I did today I got hella lucky and caught a 14/15/15 im happy that i wont need to farm for this mon
Old Henry is back!!!!! ❤
What a POKÉMON
PLEASE DO
Landerous
Kyogre
Solgaleo
Cool✊
Indeed a great move
Can't wait to elite TM it!
It’s in raids with the legacy move
@kaeru_15 yes but already have a best buddy 98. Rather use elite TM then look for another and build
Can’t wait for it to be nerfed next season
Let’s gooo.

Naww, homie rage quit I'm the last match lol

the debuff is a joke
