I just purchased your product and i am going to start my project tonight. I want more of a gloss shine, could i add epoxy instead? if so, should i add it after using top coat or instead of top coat? Also, should i sand the counter before my primer coat? if so, what grit sandpaper should i use? Let me know. looking forward to my bathroom counter transformation. thanks

We generally don't recommend epoxies as they tend to yellow over time and can ruin the look of your beautiful handiwork. It is also unnecessary to sand your laminate countertop before applying Giani. You can sand with a #600 grit sandpaper in between layers of topcoat or after the minerals have dried, if you notice peaks in the paint or an uneven surface. I hope this helps!

Todd, how did your counter tops turn out? You asked all the same questions I had!! Are they still holding up? Thanks!
