Sir can I check inner thread of M5 or M6 nut using this camera? Right now I am using manual thread gauge for thread checking. So can I automate this process using this camera? Please guide and help

Good question! I am not sure if you can use this camera for that precision. I would recommend you to check keyence cameras for that.

I think you can measure multiple box by just keeping those boxes in the camera range.

Yes 100%! You can check the video with Siemens integration where I am reading the object values in the Siemens PLC
