Good work so far! I like the idea of a lore based Vtuber game, though if you wanna go hard on the combat mechanics I'd be down for MouseyMayCry.
@@TheXell Oh, I've made quite a few changes to the combat, for example dash no longer has a cooldown and is stamina based, there is a shield ability now instead of the old clunky slash and combat is much more fast paced. You can check samples of the changes in the channel. There is even an empty slot for another ability I haven't designed yet. I'm always open to ideas as long as they are within my ability.

I do love the idea that Mousey can read and speak any language, but she'll choose not to read things just because it's a lot of text and looks like a hassle.

Honestly this actually shows how far fan made games have gotten. It looks pretty good for a fan made game
69, noice. Anyways, if you keep in touch with Hololive community, you would know that there are many actually good fangames, that is good in normal games' standard. Like, Holocure, Idol Showdown, Hololive CouncilRyS RPG, and so on. Fangames, after all, is mostly just free indie games.

LOL, why is this like a horror game where Calli is trying to kill you anyway? XD And did you just run away from her instead of trying to fight her? o.O Were you supposed to do that? :? I mean, she IS the Grim Reaper and should be pretty powerful, but like... I figured it would be like an RPG battle where you're forced to fight even if you lose or like you wound her just to enough to distract her and run away from her in a more scripted kind of way. :p But the way you just quit the fight all of a sudden was weird and kind of funny. XD I wonder what the game wants you to do in the mean time than... :? This whole thing seems kind of chaotic, but maybe it's still pretty fun, who knows. ^^;
This looks too good for a fan game, how did they make it.
I mean, depends on how many fans worked on it. But even a single person can do quite a lot with the right assets and some knowledge in coding. Unity or Unreal Engine can make a lot of things easily possible
@@bl4cksp1d3r What this guy said. The ancient area's assets are mostly custom made but I've also collected assets based on my needs and the story I wrote for the game. The rest was a lot of studying on the engine.

Calli looks huge compared to mousey.. until you remember she's not very tall, which means mousey is indeed smol.
Calli has, to my mind, the interesting distinction of basically being the line in Hololive (Not HoloPro, because adding the guys in skews the data) when it comes to height. Kind of 'to really count as Tall, you must be taller than Calli'.
On the other hand, Smol Mousey is Smol indeed.
