7:00 Advice please....what do you when the outside world ( relatives, spouse, boss, friends, etc) reacts to your changes by bringing you down and criticize you? I get really hurt by people attacking my confidence and positive behaviors. I would appreciate any tips.
You can only get hurt, if you allow it. Sounds difficult to achieve, but it's not; and, it is a necessary and sometimes uncomfortable journey. When we are attacked by others, remember it is because that person is envious, jealous, and frankly, confused by our positive behaviors, and if asked, they couldn't identify WHY they are really so antagonistic. Even more, their spirit perceives a change contrary to their own. This is viewed an immediate threat to them; again, they can't understand WHY. So, you and I must learn to change our concept of being criticized by others. Those people are simply ignorant of our abilities. They are jealous and envious of our positivity. Give your heart to forgive their ignorant contempt of you and silently pray for them to be enlightened as you, and the hurt will go away. They are after all, just words. They may be unpleasant to hear, but they can only hurt you, if you allow them to do so. Stay in the light and see and hear with the light. You will exit through this journey so much more the enlightened. Blessings to you.

But I truly believe that when you put your energy in the right places with the right forces behind it, you can make anything happen + wayyy more. To me there's just something so amazing about what a humans faith, strength, and will power can do from just belief and a change of perspective.*
