Its 2023 and its a different world today. The world is our oyster and we have more options in dating than ever before. We have US Passports and we have 4.1 billion men on earth for potential mates. So, go out there and embrace the world.
My husband is an American Irish man who also understands our struggles. His family are also advocates for African American causes. They are very politically active in the fight.

My African American son and his family have lived in Ireland for over 7 years. My grandchildren are doing well in school and love it there. I've visited Ireland several times and I've found the people extremely friendly...they will stop in the middle of what they are doing and provide assistance to me. And, talking... I've stood outside a store once and talked to a man I did not know for over an hour...great chat (crack)
I Love her transparency about how she felt before leaving. I am over 60 and have stopped myself many times-with just the fear.
Fear has stopped a lot of us at times. But we can learn how to take action in spite of it. It's not too late.💗

Re: Health Insurance: I literally had a Medicare Party when I turned 65. Before Obama Care I was paying $1200/month for insurance as a self employed person

Ahhh, I LOVE this. I'm also a Copywriter and have been writing full-time for 7 years now. On year 4 we moved across the world and didn't look back. Anything is possible when you identify your talents and shift your focus OFF of American stress. ❤️

You should advertise house sitting in conjunction with dog sitting services. Then they would not mind your two dogs and will certainly feel more comfortable leaving their dogs with a dog lover .You would be the house sitter who will also take care of their dogs. If you need someone to watch your dogs and house when you travel and you pick someone without dogs, you really cannot trust that they will be home every night with the dogs. I think a lot of people would not be home every night and they would leave the dogs alone with some dry dog food, water and pee pee pads while they were fancy free exploring the country. Most people who own dogs would not be comfortable with leaving them alone for more than one night and most want the sitter to be there every night and in the mornings so the dogs could get attention, exercise and be fed twice a day. If you have your dogs with you they know you will be back at night. Ireland is ridiculously expensive. I'm Irish American and if I do go to Ireland (which is not even up there with my first choice), I would stay in Belfast which is much much less expensive and a two hour train ride from Dublin, go up the coast of Armagh and see the sites in Northern Ireland. You would relate to the Catholic people there who have been in your shoes as far as centuries long discrimination. You could take the train to Dublin, explore it go back. You could when you stop house sitting go to the beautiful western shore of Ireland and see the sites there, with quick overnights to explore the area. And it would be just a quick exploration to see the sites you wanted to see because as of today's date the cheapest air b and b is 200 a night. I shudder to think of what the hotel rates are. I am going to tune in to your channel because you have common sense advice for travelers on a budget. A lot of the travel channels are informative but they are not what I call sensible budget travelers. There are some and I do get ideas from them

Go! Sell everything. Take your kids and GO!! Don’t hesitate any longer & keep your mouth shut 🤫!!! People in your own family will block your kids passports and get CPS in your life 😢if you aren’t careful. US media has you too scared to go anywhere. Apply to homeschool. Then Homeschool them ABROAD. It can be easily done with a one room schoolhouse method. Just keep track of activities & grades with CamScanner app and video/blogs. 🗣️GO🎉 & don’t look back 🫂🎉

Georgia could have been a nicer place than Albanian for her. Agreed on the 1k is high, it's AirBnB, there are cheaper yes on the ground. I think 700 is considered high there. Back in the day I loved the way I was treated in Italy..,now things might have changed but...I felt like I was seen, where romantically we can feel a bit invisible in the U.S. (depending on location.)
This convo is hilarious!! I just turned 60 (celebrated by seeing Beyoncé in Vancouver). The Nigerian man issue... I hollered. My mother told me stories of having to actually move from her home (in England before I was born) to escape a Nigerian stalker who would not take no for an answer. The more things change.....🤭🤭🤭
I didn't know until she said that when say hi mama it meant they were attracted to you. I have felt insulted when men said hey mama because I thought they were implying that I was old enough to be their mama. Sometimes it was very hard not to say to them that I am not your mama. I guess especially young think that's cool but I found it a real turn off.
