- This summer explore the authentic roots of Martial Arts in the heart of China. Our program is a total immersion martial arts camp which includes training in a traditional martial arts academy, and classes inside the Shaolin Temple. I am 61 years old and this is one of the few things I see that saddens my heart that I will never experience this - if only i could wind back the clock. This moves my soul.
Kungfu, folk fighting technique, is also the Chinese tradition of advocating culture and martial arts, which contains the philosophy of tempering the body and mind. This is the precipitation of traditional philosophy and culture in the blood of Chinese people. I also received martial arts training when I was young. It was very demanding and it was a great exercise for my body and mind.
