if you're training for an event i assume it'll be outside so would def recommend not running on the treadmill but outside! obviously use the gym if necessary (weather, dark etc) but outdoor runs are more beneficial x
it wouldn't be worth duplicating as it's going to be very relative to your work and plans! it's a simple table if you want to make it yourself, with the dates down the left and then columns for different work/areas of life x

Yes I’m running outside too!! It’s just more convenient sometimes to go to the gym straight from uni x
