BFDI
What i'd imagine for possible characters:
Ice Cube -
Slide around, like how a normal ice cube would.
Clock -
Stop time for a limited time, making enemies unable to move for the limited time.
Bubble -
Basically a hard mode character, but you'll be able to jump in the air higher than others. You'd have only 1 HP.
Winner -
Fling yourself across large gaps, or just launch yourself high in the air with your hand.
Pencil can stick onto things

New ideas for the game
Enemies
Fire bug: shoots flames out of his mouth
Big bug: takes 2 stomps or stabs to kill
characters
Rocky: has a meter that fills up over time and you can use his meter to vomit hp 5 because he’s a rock
Ice cube: can slide across areas with her icey body hp 2 because she’s an ice cube
Profiley: can turn invisible with his props for 5 seconds but has a cool down of 20 seconds
Stuff to build with
Timer platform: can set its timer for 5 to 20 seconds and then retract making the player fall if there standing on it
Spinning saw dispenser: tosses a spinning saw up in to the air for a bit before catching it and recharging for 3 seconds

Honestly with how fun the earler epsiodes are I'm surprised no one made a game sooner, this looks exactly what it should be!

This is amazing. I cannot believe a BFDI fan made an awesome game that replicates the old BFDI. The team did a fantastic job on this! Who knows i might download this later on
I like how the each member of the cast of characters all have 2 other characters they have a major and minor connection with. Pretty cool!

Yeah, that was a priority for us. I liked the Mario games that did have unique character gameplay, but that's never happened in a Mario Maker game. Now they're both in the same game!

Just played through the whole demo. heres my rating!
The controls are easy to master, and i like the creativity with the characters and their different moves! The level editor makes it feel like a more interactive game, i love the mario style of gameplay, and you got THE H twins to voice in it too??? i feel like this game will hold a special place in my heart when it releases. i would give it a 9/10! (one less than a perfect score because the full game isnt out :/)

honestly, apart from Pin's voice sounding off, this is a solid demo! the fact you included the level editor means that we'll have so many levels to play through before the final game comes out! best of luck to you all.

So excited tbh I would love to see these 4 as playable characters in a yt amazingly animated game!
Here is some more character ideas for DLC!
Ruby: has a big range for attakck by soing the sun thing from bfb 19.
Dora: Eats the 5 nearest blocks in her radious.
Donut: has his cherry filling as bullets
Nickel: i have no idea but if u add multiplayer he could make free money that comes out???
Bomby: Explodes, killing any block and enemy in a 9x9 radious.
Yellow Face: make him a side quest one. (main dlc thing)
Book: can capture enemys in her pages, can trap up to 5
Puffball: JIggypuffs final smash but can only use it once per level, has a slightly higher jump tho
Fries: Has A fry which can be used as a sword
Gelatin: Pushes Nonexity into enimies
