'Pick a lane': Kamala Harris grilled over her response to damning Biden report

- Sky News host Rita Panahi has reacted to Kamala Harris “lashing out incoherently” at special counsel Robert Hur after the release of his report into Joe Biden's handling of classified documents.
Mr Hur said in his report Joe Biden would not be charged due to being a "well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory”.
The Vice President claimed the way the President’s demeanour in the report was characterised "could not be more wrong on the facts" and was "clearly politically motivated, gratuitous".
“Politically motivated? Gratuitous? He was appointed by your Attorney General Merrick Garland - the man who Barack Obama nominated for the Supreme Court,” Ms Panahi said.
“And if you’re disputing the prosecutor's findings and recommendations then you are saying President Biden should be charged.”
“Cause you can't have it both ways. Pick a lane, sister.”

If Joe is sharp and competent, he should be prosecuted. The report did not find him innocent, it stated that his misdeeds would not be pursued in court because he is elderly with a bad memory.
