An actor who graced our screens for over four decades, captivating hearts with his performances on beloved soap operas like "General Hospital" and "The Young & The Restless." Let's start with Jess Walton, who played Billy's TV mom on "The Young & The Restless." She shared her feelings on social media, saying, "RIP to my precious Billy Miller. You were and are much loved by all of us who knew you."

❤I am so very sorrow to here about Billy. Just by watching him on the Y&R and life time movies I always thought he was a very nice guy. He came across the screen as playful and loveable. I loved his acting. He will be missed. My Prayers go out to his family and friends. GOD BLESS.
How did he die
He surrendered his life due to bipolar depression that he could not control. His mother said that he loved his family, friends and fans but the disease won and he surrendered his life by suicide 😢😢 😭😭
