As in video .. if resistance between terminals zero it means winding is short or burnt,
and if its resistance is very high in mega ohms, winding is open ckt .

yes it may be open & in open circuit motor winding will not show the continuity.

Sir jo common terminal hai compressor me use neutral me jodne ka matlab kaise jodna hai.Neutral kahan se milega.use wire se connect krke open bhi to chhod skte hai.mujhe neutral ka matlab samajh me nhi aaya.
