That's why I wanted to do this flat iron review where I put the T3 Lucea against the GHD Platinum Plus to see if the GHD is really worth the $100 difference. In this video, I'll be using the T3 Lucea to style my hair both wavy and straight so you can see how this flat iron performs. Hi, I think you did an awesome job with the curls. I found what I really love: the T3 irons too vs my other old irons. I own one in white and one in black, so I stopped hunting. It’s absolutely worth it! Do you by any chance own the hair blow-dryer in T3? 😊😆😀

Does T3 chips off? I’ve seen reviews about it being chipped off after 3-4 use!
Ohh, no I haven’t heard that! I’ve had mine for a few months now and it looks brand new. No chipping 🤞
I used to use T3 about 10 years ago and at that time their products were made in Korea. Now they are made in China and I don't feel the quality is there but the price tag is. I have never liked GHD either but I believe they used to me made in Korea and then changed to China, and the irons I bought were after that change. In my opinion two good manufacturers are Cloud Nine and GlamPalm they are made in Korea and use Tourmaline and Sericite in their irons and it leaves your hair so shiny. I bought the T3 Singlepass Curler recently not realising they are now made in China and it burnt my hair, so I sent it back.
Hi! Thanks for sharing this! I’m new to using both the T3 and GHD so unfortunately I can’t compare to the quality of their tools 10 years ago. I’ve never heard of cloud nine or glampalm before. Where do you get these tools?

@@SummerRileyHey Summer! Happy to share! Glampalm have a USA website, Cloud Nine is primarily based on the UK/Europe. Both brands are made by UNIL Electronics Corp based in Korea. Main difference is that Cloud Nine do curling wands whereas Glampalm have traditional curling irons with a clip. The straighteners look the same. I believe they also make Sedu straighteners well, but not 100% sure. The tourmaline and sericite really helps your hair stay healthy and shiny. The T3 ones burnt my hair at setting No 3 so I sent them back, and bought a curling wand from Cloud Nine instead. I really wanted the traditional curling iron with a clip by Glampalm but was too much to ship iver to UK and they only start at a 1.2 barrel, whereas Cloud Nine wand starts at 1 inch and my hair is medium length so decided to go for that as seemed easy option overall. Also, I have had my straightener from Cloud Nine for 7 years and its still going strong. Hope this helps!

I have really thin wavy hair and my hair is straight for only like 15-30minutes after ironing it on 220 celcius. I'm doomed
Hi Kae! Are you using any styling products when straightening? Also, what flat iron are you using? A few tips I’ve found to help keep my hair sleek and straight is to 1. Make sure my hair is COMPLETELY dry before flat ironing 2. Go slow and do small sections at a time while straightening 3. Stay away from moisture if possible. If you live in a humid area, I suggest using an anti-humidity spray.

The gdh uses technology to find the perfect temp for your hair, it's not the same temp on everyone
