I know this is just a fun video, and I’m not trying to start any debates, but I thought I’d throw in the facts just for fun (I just love calculating speed):
1. I’d say game Sonic (modern) is definitely the fastest of the bunch, having way more crazy speed feats that involve going faster than light. Such as when he ran so fast that he restored time and space in Sonic Generations.
2. Classic Sonic is probably the second fastest, given he’s just modern Sonic but younger, and he too was capable of going faster than light in CD (not because of the time stones, but it was stated in the Japanese manual for the game). Not to mention performing the exact same feat as modern Sonic in Generations since that was something they both achieved.
3. Then after him I’d say is Adventures-Of/SatAM Sonic. I know he’s at least in the millions because I once clocked him at a casual 1.2 million mph in the episode “Lovesick Sonic” when he ran 2,000 miles in six seconds just to get a flower. There’s also the fact that in another episode of Adventures, he needed special shoes from a scientist just to surpass lightspeed. So we know he’s not faster than light, but still very high.
4. After that is a tie between Boom Sonic and Movie Sonic. I know from Film Theory’s calculation that Movie Sonic is capable of 990,000mph when he ran across the Pacific and back. And I know that Boom Sonic was calculated to be *at least* Mach 264 when in season 2, episode 52 he narrowly dodged a lightning bolt. But other than that it’s hard to tell who might be faster than the other since there are potentially faster feats from the two that haven’t been calculated (like when Boom Sonic was the only one able to move when Eggman’s device slowed down time, or when Movie Sonic was able to create three after images of himself while already in “super speed time” as I’ll call it).
5. Last I feel like is Lego Sonic since.. well, he’s a Lego figurine lol. We haven’t seen much of his canonical speed but his in-game running speed (which isn’t reliable since in-game mechanics don’t translate to canon, but it’s the only thing we have to go off of so oh well) was only clocked at 55mph by a RUclipsr called ChanceAndTyler.
