Hi, why are there many empty houses in Leisure Farm? I have seen this particular house keep making a comeback over few years. There are a couple more if not 3 , similar comeback from different agent’s.

Because its not selling, reasons are, too secluded, too pricey and aimed not at Malaysians, mostly to Singaporeans and from HK or mainland China.

@@ViksterG thanks for your response & information (personally, i find it very important. Because we are looking into this area but glad that we did not rushed into making decisions after finding so many properties keeps making their comeback).

@@thelora100 Just look at Horizon Hills, houses are gated community and guarded. Well worth it.

Hey both, thanks for the comments!
No doubt this villa was not yet sold due to the luxury price tag, the 90-95% of Leisure Farm has been sold out and the occupancy rate is also high 😊
      Hope this clarifies 👍🏻

Not sure about high occupancy rate. Seems like many plots have been sold but not built upon yet. Owners appear to be land banking hoping for a future boom in price, which hasn’t happened yet. Security may be an issue too. Read about some Singaporeans who moved to Leisure Farm and experienced incidents of house-breaking. The house is gorgeous though.
