Hi Marhaba welcome to dubai. 1st. Don't complaint to much as u know Dubai is always hot (sometimes up to 45 degree) except winter time during september - march. 2nd of all, people in dubai can speak in english. Some using arabic but mostly they can speak english, so don't worry. If ur not muslim u can say hi hello no problem, Muslim in dubai very hospitable and relax. Greetings from Indonesian living and work in dubai. Dubai is modern and clean more than in the US. But do not bring ur madness culture to UAE as we all need to respect their culture. Oh one more thing, not allowed to videoing or taking any pictures over someone without any consent or u will ended up in jail. Enjoy!
